

Beyonce, Maxwell & Black Eyed Peas To Perform At 52nd Grammys

Beyonce, who has already won a total of 10 awards, is nominated for a total of 10 awards including Album of the Year for I Am...Sasha Fierce, which was released on November 10, 2008. The double disc album introduced her alter ego Sasha Fierce and debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 after selling more than 480,000 copies in its first week, spawning hits such as, Single Ladies, If I Were A Boy, and Diva.
Maxwell made a successful comeback after an 8 year absence with his fourth studio album BLACKsummers'night. The album, which was released on July 7, 2009, has netted the R&B/neo-soul singer six nominations from the upcoming Grammy Awards including Best Male R&B Vocal Performance for his single Pretty Wings.
Black Eyed Peas owned the summer and the charts with the infectious singles Boom Boom Pow and I Gotta Feeling from their album, The E.N.D. The latter song has sold more than 4 million digital downloads, reached number one on over 25 charts internationally, and been nominated for Record of the Year at the upcoming Grammy Awards. The group's work was also nominated in 5 other Grammy categories.
